Pickle Roll Ups Recipe

  • 1 (7-ounce) tub of Buddig Original Beef or 3 (2-ounce) packages of Buddig Original Ham
  • 8-ounce cream cheese
  • 1 jar of mini dill pickles
  • Begin by bringing the cream cheese to room temperature to make it easier to spread.
  • Lay individual slices of Buddig Original Beef or Ham, spread out, on a large surface. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice.
  • Grab a pickle and pat it down with a dry paper towel to remove excess moisture. Wrap a slice of beef or ham around the upper part of the pickle. Continue wrapping with 1 or 2 more slices, until the pickle is covered.
  • Repeat until all pickles have been wrapped.
  • Slice the wrapped pickles into 1/3- to 1/2-inch pieces and serve.
