  • 1 (2 oz.) pkg. Buddig Original Ham
  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 tsp. Boursin cheese
  • 2 slices mild Swiss cheese
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Slice rolls in half. Spread a teaspoon of Boursin cheese on bottom half of roll. Fold two slices of ham and add to each bottom half of roll. Cut Swiss cheese in half and place on top of ham. Place top half of roll on top of Swiss cheese to form a slider.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter. Once melted, take off heat and add brown sugar, spicy brown mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together.
  • Place sliders in a loaf pan. Pour as much sauce as you like over sliders. Cover with foil and let sit for ten minutes.
  • While sliders are resting, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place covered loaf pan in the oven for 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes to brown rolls.
