  • 4 ounces Buddig Original Turkey
  • 4 center-cut bacon slices, cooked
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 4 (¼ inch ) tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • A dash of ground red pepper
  • 2 (2-ounce) low-fat sandwich wraps

DIRECTIONS:

  • Scoop avocado from the peel and place in a bowl. Mix in lemon juice, pepper, and garlic. Using a fork, mash together until you have the desired consistency.

  • 6  pieces (8 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, optional

DIRECTIONS:

  • Take each chicken breast and flatten it to ¼-inch thickness. Top with ham and Swiss cheese, then roll up and tuck in the ends by securing with toothpicks.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, pepper, and sage. Coat chicken in mixture on all sides. Take a large skillet and brown chicken in oil using medium to high heat.
  • Place all chicken pieces in a slow cooker. Combine the soup and broth and pour over the chicken. Cover and allow to cook on low for around 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Once cooked, remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley, and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces (12 slices) Buddig Original Chicken
  • 12 ounces ground beef
  • 12 ounces bulk Italian sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ pound thinly sliced deli pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Then in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook beef, sausage, garlic, and onions until meat is cooked through or no longer pink, around 6-8 minutes. Break it into crumbles, drain, and return the mixture to the pan. Mix in the pasta sauce until well combined and hot.
  • Spread 1 cup of the sauce onto a pre-greased 13x9 baking dish. Layer half the sliced chicken, half the sliced pepperoni, 2 cups sauce, and half of each cheese, then repeat layers once more.
  • Cover the dish and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake again until the cheese is brown and the lasagna is bubbling, around 20-25 minutes more. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. 

     

Steak and Pastrami Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ pound Buddig Original Pastrami, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
  • 1 pound shaved beef steak
  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown or spicy brown mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of rosemary
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Slice bell peppers in half or on top and remove seeds. Place on a baking sheet and place inside the oven.
  • In a large frying pan, heat the oil and cook the onions until translucent, around 5 minutes or so. Add a pinch of rosemary and add steak and cook on medium heat until browned. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the steak as it cooks. Once cooked, add pastrami and cook for another 5 minutes. Strain the grease from the meat and return it to the pan.  
  • Take bell peppers out of the oven. Mix mustard and mayo in a bowl and coat the insides of the peppers evenly. Fill them with meat and top with a slice of cheese. Turn the oven to broil at 500° and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
