  • 3 slices Buddig Premium Deli Smoked Ham, sliced in quarters
  • 12 pieces cracker-sized sliced pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • 12 round crackers
  • 6 1-inch green onion pieces, sliced in quarters, lengthwise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

*You’ll also need cookie cutters in the shapes of your kids' favorite characters or designs.


  • Start by cutting the ham slices. Place a piece of Buddig ham onto a cutting board. and use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass that’s about the same size as your crackers to cut them. Press the glass rim firmly into the ham to create a perfect little circle.
  • Next, spread a bit of mustard on each of your crackers.
  • Then, place your cut ham on top of a cracker and repeat the process with the rest of your ham pieces.
  • Now cut your cheese slices into adorable shapes or characters using your cookie cutters. Let your kids help in cutting the cheese slices for an extra dose of fun!
  • Place the cheese on top of each cracker.
  • Arrange your delicious ham and cheese crackers on a serving plate and watch the little rascals gobble them all up in seconds!

Pancake Beef Rolls

  • 12 thin slices Buddig Original Beef
  • 175 grams mild Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 115 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 25 grams butter, melted
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat that oven to a toasty 400°F.
  • Grab a shallow ovenproof dish and lightly grease it with some oil.
  • Now, sift your flour and salt into a bowl. Add in the egg and melted butter, and gradually whisk in the milk to form a smooth batter. Set that batter aside for 30 minutes.
  • When the 30 minutes are done, brush a small frying pan with a little oil. Spoon in 3 tbsp of batter, tilt that pan back and forth to coat the bottom, and let it cook until lightly golden. Flip it over and cook for another minute, then place it on a wire rack lined with parchment paper. Keep going until you have a stack of 12 mouth-watering pancakes, with parchment paper in between each of them. 
  • Now comes the fun part! Sprinkle some cheese all over those pancakes, and lay a slice of Buddig Beef on top. Roll 'em up tight, place them side by side in your dish, and pop 'em in the oven for 15 minutes until they're hot and melty. 
  • Serve immediately and let the kids enjoy this toddler snack with a refreshing glass of their favorite beverage!

Homemade Chicken Bites

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Strips
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Oil for frying


  • Start by patting your chicken strips dry with a paper towel. Once you’ve removed the moisture from your chicken, you can set them aside.
  • In a shallow plate, mix together flour, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, paprika, and salt. Give it a good stir and get those flavors mingling!
  • Next, get ready to coat your chicken strips with your seasoned flour. Roll the strips in the flour mixture, making sure everything is completely coated.
  • Dip the coated chicken strips into the egg wash, but be sure to shake off any excess.
  • Roll the chicken strips in breadcrumbs and prepare for the ultimate fry-fest! Deep-fry those chicken strips at 350 degrees °F until golden brown and crispy. Once they're cooked, use a paper towel to drain any extra oil, plate them up, and serve with a smile!
