  • 8 flour tortillas (roughly 9-inches)
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) Buddig Corned Beef, sliced thinly
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Russian salad dressing



    • Spread the cream cheese over each tortilla, making sure to cover it entirely.
    • Next, layer the corned beef over the cream cheese, followed by the Swiss cheese and sauerkraut.
    • Drizzle Russian salad dressing over everything then roll up tightly.
