  • 1/4 lb. deli turkey, chopped finely
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped finely
  • 1/4 lb. deli ham, chopped finely
  • 1/4 lb. salami, chopped finely
  • 1/4 lb. provolone cheese, chopped finely
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup hot peppers, chopped (banana peppers work great, but feel free to go as spicy as you like)
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced finely
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (if desired)


  • Combine the deli meats in a large bowl. Add in the provolone cheese, lettuce, hot peppers, tomato, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, olive oil, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the deli meat mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  • Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
