Mac & Cheese Sub Sandwich
Ingredients
4 oz. Buddig Original Beef
4 oz. Buddig Ham (any flavor)
4 oz. Buddig Turkey (any flavor)
12 oz. French baguette - soft and large
1 box macaroni and cheese
4 oz. bread and butter pickle
1/4 head lettuce - shredded or torn
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ea. red pepper - roasted
1 clove garlic - minced
1 oz. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to instructions on box.
Slice baguette in half length-wise and, taking bottom half, make a trench by removing some of the bread. Reserve the bread pieces for the remoulade sauce if necessary.
Make a remoulade sauce by placing the mayonnaise, roasted red pepper, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and purée. If the sauce is too thin, add some of the bread to achieve desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the trench with the macaroni and cheese, and begin layering the Buddig Beef, Ham and Turkey on the sandwich.
Add the bread and butter pickles and lettuce to sandwich.
Spread the remoulade sauce over the top portion of the baguette and top the sandwich.
Slice the sandwich into four portions and serve.
