Humongous Hoagie

Ingredients

  • 24 oz rustic loaf of bread - (large loaf: roughly 9"" x 18"", uncut)
  • 1/2 lb Buddig Original or Premium Deli Black Forest Ham
  • 1/2 lb Buddig Original or Premium Deli Roast Beef
  • 1/2 lb Buddig Original Honey Roasted Turkey or Premium Deli Smoked Honey Turkey
  • 1/4 lb Swiss cheese - sliced
  • 1/4 lb pepper jack cheese - sliced
  • 1/4 lb cheddar cheese - sliced
  • 1 oz Kraft Sandwich Shop Horseradish-Dijon Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz Kraft Sandwich Shop Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz Kraft Sandwich Shop Garlic & Herb Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 head lettuce - iceberg or romaine
  • 2 medium tomatoes - 1/4"" sliced
  • 10 oz butter chip pickles - 1/2 bottle or as desired

Directions:

  • Place bread flat on a cutting board, slice into three equal sections. Slice each section 1"" from bottom.
  • The Ham Sandwich
  • Spread the Horseradish-Dijon Mayonnaise on both portions of the bread. Layer on half of the Swiss cheese. Layer all of the ham and top with remainder of Swiss cheese. Finish with tomato, pickles and lettuce. Top with top portion of bread and cut in half.
  • The Roast Beef Sandwich
  • Spread the Chipotle Mayonnaise on both portions of the bread. Layer on half of the pepper jack cheese. Layer on all of the roast beef and top with remainder of the pepper jack cheese. Finish with tomato, pickles and lettuce. Top with top portion of bread and cut in half.
  • The Turkey Sandwich
  • Spread the Garlic & Herb Mayonnaise on both portions of the bread. Layer on half of the cheddar cheese. Layer on all of the turkey. Top with remainder of the cheddar cheese. Finish with tomato, pickles and lettuce. Top with top portion of bread and cut in half.
